Sales Agent – Commission-Based, Remote

About the role

Techara Limited is looking for motivated sales agents to promote its mobile‑first point‑of‑sale solution, Chara POS, to small and medium businesses across Kenya. This is a commission‑driven position with flexible hours and no office requirement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential SME customers in Nairobi and surrounding areas.
• Demonstrate the features of Chara POS and explain its benefits, including M‑Pay integration and KRA eTIMS compliance.
• Guide prospects through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition to the platform.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track sales activities.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Confident communicator with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Possession of a smartphone with active WhatsApp for demos.
• Willingness to travel within Nairobi and its environs.
• Honest, professional, and reliable.
