Sales Associate – Customer-Focused

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate who will engage with prospective and existing customers across phone, email, chat, or in‑person channels. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, and guiding them through the purchasing process to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers via phone, email, chat, or face‑to‑face interactions.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, promotions, and product features.
• Generate, track, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM and other company systems.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or on‑site team.
• Professional, proactive, and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote‑work setup when applicable.
