Sales Executive - Telesales & Omnichannel Growth

About the role

GrowthPad Digital Consulting is recruiting experienced, highly fluent English-speaking Sales Executives for a telesales and omnichannel growth role based in Nairobi, Westlands. The company is an outsourced sales and customer engagement provider serving businesses across Africa, Europe and global markets, and is building a sales engine around high-performance telesales, lead conversion and outreach across phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound telesales campaigns targeting qualified leads provided via CRM
• Engage prospects through calls, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn
• Conduct needs discovery, qualify prospects and pitch client solutions
• Handle objections and close deals while keeping conversion rates high
• Update the CRM with call outcomes, notes and next actions
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Work with QA, training and team leads to improve scripts and performance

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven experience in telesales, inside sales or call center sales
• Native-level or near-native English fluency, spoken and written
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills
• High energy, resilience and comfort with rejection

Required skills

• Experience using CRMs and sales dialers
• Ability to follow structured sales processes while thinking independently
