About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the development and management of partner and system‑integrator relationships, while ensuring high customer satisfaction across transportation, port, airport and security sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Direct development and management of partners and system integrators.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyse performance tools and reports, using data analysis to monitor and improve project/account performance.
- Analyse contracts and billing for accuracy and completeness, submit billings promptly and follow up on any issues.
- Review and manage inventory, sales‑out tracking and overall sales management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with strong client sources or relationships in transportation (port, airport) or security industry; familiar with project operations, bidding processes and procedures.
- Preferably experience in the two‑way radio industry or familiarity with two‑way radio solutions such as critical communication, command centre, CCTV and related solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Self‑motivated, team‑player with a pleasing personality and good moral character.
