About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the sales effort for HF Group’s affordable housing and marketplace portfolios within HF Development & Investments (HFDI). Reporting to the Head of Digital Property Business, the role oversees two Team Leaders, two Outreach Officers and up to twenty Property Advisors, translating the annual business plan into monthly targets and ensuring a high‑volume lead pipeline.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and achieve monthly and annual sales targets for both affordable housing and marketplace segments.
  • Lead, coach and performance‑manage two Team Leaders and two Outreach Officers, conducting weekly pipeline reviews and monthly one‑to‑one performance conversations.
  • Design and implement the national sales and activations calendar in partnership with the marketing department.
  • Build and maintain a national network of institutional and agency partners, including SACCOs, employers, estate agents and county referral networks.
  • Ensure CRM data quality across all Property Advisors and promptly escalate compliance issues.
  • Submit weekly national sales pipeline reports to senior management.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and exit processes for Property Advisors in coordination with HR.
  • Integrate HFC Bank accounts, mortgage pre‑qualification and HFBI insurance cross‑sell into sales interactions.
  • Guarantee KYC and AML compliance for all client records.
  • Represent HFDI at national housing events, government engagements and developer forums.

Required profile

  • Dynamic, results‑oriented professional with proven experience in property or real‑estate sales.
  • Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities, able to coach and develop sales teams.
  • Excellent understanding of CRM discipline, sales pipeline management and compliance requirements (KYC/AML).
  • Ability to build and nurture institutional and agency partnerships.
  • Effective communication skills for representing the company at external events.
