Senior Product Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to own our core product metrics and drive growth through data‑driven insights. You will work closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to turn raw data into actionable recommendations that improve conversion, lifetime value, and overall unit economics.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain key metrics such as conversion, LTV, CAC, payback, and refund rate.
• Design, execute, and interpret end‑to‑end A/B tests, delivering clear next steps.
• Build and refine LTV models using early user signals.
• Analyze pricing experiments to balance short‑term conversion with long‑term value.
• Audit the web onboarding funnel and identify high‑impact optimization opportunities.
• Discover non‑obvious growth levers that support sustainable unit economics.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate analysis.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, window functions, and CTEs.
• Experience with Python for data analysis and light automation.
• Familiarity with ETL pipelines or orchestration tools such as Airflow or dbt.
• Hands‑on experience with a BI platform (Looker, Superset, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Deep understanding of subscription unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin).
• Solid grasp of A/B testing methodology, sample sizing, and unbiased result interpretation.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable working in ambiguous environments and owning outcomes.
