About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Specialist, Online Learning to design and deliver high‑quality digital learning solutions for its global teams and country offices. Working remotely with flexible options, the role focuses on creating engaging, user‑centred e‑learning experiences that support personal effectiveness, compliance and core skill development while reflecting the organisation’s mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop online learning modules using Articulate Rise and Storyline, ensuring accessibility and a learner‑centred experience.
• Apply best practices in instructional design, digital learning, user experience and blended learning.
• Collaborate with People Partners, country‑level stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to identify learning needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Embed cultural competence and respect for diverse perspectives within all digital and blended learning offerings.
• Use data and insights to continuously evaluate and improve learning programmes.
• Support broader learning initiatives and contribute to the global talent and capability development strategy.

Required profile

• Right to work in the country where the role is based for the duration of employment.
• Bilingual English plus Arabic, French or Spanish.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% internationally.
• Experience in online learning design for global, multicultural audiences.
