Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this position you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across the organization while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from start to finish.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Recruitment, HR, or customer‑service experience is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
