About the role

We are seeking a Tax and Legal Advisor to provide expert guidance on tax and legal matters affecting business transactions, policies, and operations. The role involves interpreting legislation, supporting clients during tax audits, and contributing to policy advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on tax and legal implications of business activities.
• Interpret and apply relevant tax laws, regulations, and legal frameworks.
• Represent or support clients in tax audits, disputes, and interactions with tax authorities.
• Conduct detailed research on legal, tax, and business issues to meet client needs.
• Review and draft legal documents related to tax dispute resolution.
• Monitor legislative changes and advise stakeholders on regulatory developments.
• Support policy advocacy and public participation on tax legislation where relevant.

Required profile

• Degree in Law.
• Professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
