Technical Operations & Integrations Specialist

About the role

This position is ideal for a technically‑savvy, curious operations professional who enjoys connecting systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting the tools that keep a fast‑moving business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and understand the client’s internal systems, workflows, and operational processes.
• Provide temporary systems coverage in July, then continue with ongoing technical operations and integrations support.
• Support and troubleshoot API integrations between business platforms.
• Monitor backend systems, review logs and alerts, and identify operational or technical issues.
• Assist with administration and maintenance of DigitalOcean virtual servers and cloud‑hosted environments.
• Maintain platforms such as HubSpot, Zuper, Yeti, Google Workspace, and related internal tools.
• Diagnose automation failures, sync issues, API errors, and workflow interruptions.
• Perform basic configuration updates, light scripting, and minor Python script adjustments.
• Coordinate with vendors, technical partners, or internal stakeholders for escalations.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required profile

• Experience supporting SaaS platforms and cloud‑based business systems.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Basic to intermediate Python knowledge and ability to read Python scripts.
• Comfort with Linux environments and cloud‑hosted servers (DigitalOcean, AWS preferred).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
