About the role
We are looking for a UAT Coordinator to lead User Acceptance Testing activities across business users from partner organisations, reporting to the Project Simba Independent QA Team. The role ensures that each application module is tested, reviewed and signed off before go‑live.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate UAT scheduling with two external partner organisations.
- Distribute the UAT test pack and guide business reviewers through the execution script.
- Collect and track go/no‑go decisions for each application module from designated business reviewers.
- Drive formal UAT sign‑off and prepare readiness reports for the go‑live review.
Required profile
- Proven experience coordinating cross‑organisational activities, preferably in a UAT environment.
- Comfortable facilitating non‑technical business stakeholders across multiple organisations.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to manage schedules and stakeholder expectations.
