About the role
Modernest Realty is seeking a Virtual Client Support Specialist to champion the client experience from initial contact through closing. The role supports both buyer and seller journeys, ensuring smooth onboarding, communication, and transaction management.
Key responsibilities
- Become an expert in the Buyer Lead‑to‑Close and Seller Lead‑to‑Close processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update client data in CRM, Google Contacts, Nextiva, Gmail, Dropbox, Zipform, Docusign, MLS and related systems.
- Monitor daily progress of active clients, track listing milestones, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with sellers, vendors, Realtors, inspectors, lenders and other parties to obtain updates, missing documents and timeline information.
- Ensure data integrity for pre‑ and post‑closing documentation and filing.
Required profile
- Strong project‑management abilities with proactive communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and ownership of processes.
- Ability to build positive partnerships with clients, agents and vendors.

- CRM platforms (experience with any CRM system).

- Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
