Warehouse Operations Coordinator & Senior Supervisor – Fixed Term (Malawi)

About the role

One Acre Fund is hiring two experienced warehouse professionals for its Malawi logistics hub: a Warehouse Operations Coordinator (JL5) and a Warehouse Senior Supervisor (JL4). Both positions are fixed‑term and focus on ensuring efficient handling of agricultural inputs for smallholder farmers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and support monthly reconciliation.
• Implement FIFO inventory practices and optimise warehouse space utilisation.
• Supervise, coach and allocate tasks for warehouse staff and casual labour.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance standards are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ability to lead teams, manage workload and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
