Web Manager

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Web Manager in Nairobi. The role covers website management, content and graphic design, technical maintenance, digital marketing support and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company website, keeping it secure, fast and compatible across browsers and devices
• Update content, images, banners and product information regularly, and perform backups and plugin updates
• Optimize site speed, SEO and user experience, and act on analytics insights
• Upload and manage content via WordPress or other CMS, create landing pages and coordinate product and service launches
• Design banners, social media graphics, ads, email campaign visuals and corporate branding materials, ensuring visual consistency
• Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, make HTML/CSS changes and monitor uptime
• Work with the marketing team on digital campaigns, support on-page SEO, track analytics and report monthly performance

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing or a related field
• At least 2 years of proven experience in website management
• Experience maintaining corporate websites
• Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
