Accountant – Finance & Reporting

About the role

The Accountant will manage the company’s financial records, prepare accurate reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. This role supports sound financial management and provides insight to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports and accounting documentation.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, receipts and journal entries promptly.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and reconciliations.
• Perform regular bank, cash and ledger reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and enforce proper financial controls.
• Assist with statutory deductions, remittances and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial records and support debt‑collection efforts.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• CPA Part II/III or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• High level of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
