About the role
We are seeking a motivated Accountant to join our finance team in Nairobi. The role involves handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, and supporting payroll processes within a dynamic wholesale environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports and perform reconciliations.
- Manage invoices, payments, and petty‑cash transactions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers.
- Assist with payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Monitor stock movements and related financial transactions.
Required profile
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Focus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in a wholesale or distribution company is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 month relevant experience.

What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Ksh 30,000 to Ksh 45,000, based on experience.
