Accountant - Hindi/Gujarati Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant who can communicate fluently in Hindi or Gujarati to support our finance department. The role involves daily accounting tasks, supplier communications and close collaboration with the Head of Finance in a fast‑moving pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process payments, receipts and perform bank reconciliations.
• Support invoicing, credit control and manage supplier accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, including stock‑related entries.
• Contribute to budgeting, financial analysis and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales and warehouse teams on financial matters.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, Swahili and English (read, write and speak).
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• CPA qualification or ongoing certification is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Proficiency with accounting software and systems.
