AI Engineering Trainer

About the role

The AI Engineering Trainer will guide learners in transforming AI concepts and prototypes into reliable, production‑ready applications. The role focuses on practical instruction covering model integration, API usage, retrieval‑based systems, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and essential software‑engineering practices for secure and scalable AI products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on training in AI application development, model integration, evaluation, and deployment.
• Teach learners to build retrieval‑augmented, agentic, and API‑driven AI solutions.
• Mentor end‑to‑end projects, emphasizing testing, security, monitoring, and responsible AI.
• Maintain and update technical labs and curriculum content to reflect industry advancements.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and APIs.
• Experience with databases, cloud deployment, version control, testing, and application architecture.
• Ability to explain complex AI engineering concepts through practical examples.
• Portfolio of deployed AI applications, integrations, or engineering projects.
