About the role
We are looking for an experienced, visionary early childhood leader to head our Early Years section and drive excellence in the Cambridge Early Years curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Lead planning, delivery and evaluation of the Cambridge Early Years curriculum, ensuring play‑based, child‑centered learning.
- Supervise, mentor and evaluate Early Years educators and support staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
- Ensure full compliance with Cambridge International standards, learning outcomes and assessment practices.
- Maintain open communication with parents about children’s development, progress and school activities.
- Oversee daily operations, resource allocation, event planning and student safety within the Early Years department.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development and Education or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in Early Childhood Education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as Head of Kindergarten or Early Years Coordinator.
- In‑depth knowledge and hands‑on experience with the Cambridge Early Years curriculum framework.
