AI Lead

About the role

Digital Qatalyst is looking for an AI Lead to shape and execute its artificial intelligence strategy. The role will drive the design, development, deployment and adoption of AI solutions that create measurable business impact across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the organization’s AI strategy, architecture and capability roadmap.
• Design, develop, deploy and optimise machine‑learning, large‑language‑model and generative‑AI solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities into products, business systems and operational workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities and lead intelligent process‑transformation initiatives.
• Establish and maintain MLOps practices, model‑monitoring frameworks and AI‑governance standards.
• Promote AI adoption and capability development across business functions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI‑driven solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovations aligned with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on AI/ML experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading projects or teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn.
• Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI.
• MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, version control and AI governance.
• Cloud AI platforms: Azure AI/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI.
