About the role

We are seeking an AI Research Scientist to join a leading technology client on a full‑time, remote basis. The position focuses on advancing frontier AI models, scaling training pipelines, and delivering high‑performance inference solutions that push the limits of machine learning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead research and development of next‑generation AI models with an emphasis on scalability and efficiency.
• Design, build, and optimise large‑scale training and inference systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
• Evaluate emerging techniques and benchmark them against state‑of‑the‑art baselines.
• Publish research findings and contribute to the broader AI community.

Required profile

• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, or related fields.
• Experience with large‑scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to design novel algorithms for model training and inference.
