Architectural Redesign Blueprint Consultant for PRMS

About the role
The Office of the Chief Scientist seeks an experienced consultant to deliver a Blueprint for the architectural redesign of the Performance & Results Management System (PRMS). The assignment lasts 6‑8 weeks and culminates in an endorsed blueprint that informs a procurement decision.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse the current PRMS architecture and identify gaps related to dynamic outputs, bilateral funding data, and AI tool orchestration.
- Design a future‑state blueprint that supports on‑demand user‑defined outputs, integrates heterogeneous Window 3 data, and enables API‑based orchestration.
- Produce a detailed implementation roadmap, including technical specifications, data standards, and integration points.
- Facilitate endorsement by the Steering Group and support the subsequent procurement decision.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering system‑architecture consultancy for large‑scale, data‑intensive platforms.
- Familiarity with portfolio planning, results reporting, and adaptive management systems, preferably in research or development contexts.
- Ability to work with multi‑disciplinary steering groups and adhere to tight timelines.
