About the role
The Automotive Engineering Supervisor will lead a team of engineers in Nairobi, ensuring high‑quality vehicle diagnostics, maintenance and repair. This full‑time position requires strong technical expertise and proven leadership abilities.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate automotive engineering activities.
- Oversee vehicle diagnostics, maintenance and repair processes.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present technical reports as required.
Required profile
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Computer literacy for report preparation.
