About the role
The Bakery Assistant works in a retail supermarket environment, preparing and displaying bakery products while providing friendly service to customers at the bakery counter. Key responsibilities
- Prepare and display bakery items, ensuring freshness, quality, and an attractive presentation for shoppers.
- Assist customers at the bakery counter, handling inquiries, taking orders, and processing transactions with a courteous attitude.
Required profile
- Kenyan citizen aged 18 years or older, holding a valid National ID.
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and effective communication.
- Disciplined, team‑oriented individual who embraces collaborative work.
- Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent certificate.
