Bilingual Customer Care Representative (French & English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Care Representative who can provide high‑quality support to our European and American customers in both French and English. The role is based onsite in Westlands and requires handling inquiries through multiple channels while maintaining a professional video‑call presence.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via phone, email and live chat, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide product information, usage guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
• Manage after‑sales issues, returns and warranty concerns.
• Create, track and close support tickets, escalating complex cases to relevant teams.
• Collect feedback, report recurring problems and contribute to process improvements.
• Meet performance targets for email, call and chat volumes.

Required profile

• College diploma or higher.
• Fluent in English and French (B2/C1 level or above) with a neutral English accent.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, after‑sales or technical support.
• Professional appearance and comfort appearing on video calls.
• Availability to work European and American business hours.
