Brand & Marketing Lead

About the role

HeyDelegate is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Brand & Marketing Lead to shape the company’s positioning, messaging and overall brand experience as it enters a new growth phase. This remote, contract‑based role works closely with the founder to translate brand strategy into compelling content and sales assets.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen brand positioning and develop clear messaging frameworks.
• Create and launch distinctive brand campaigns across channels.
• Produce website copy, case studies, email marketing content and sales enablement materials.
• Turn customer and market insights into actionable marketing direction.
• Make independent strategic decisions while executing priority initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience shaping or repositioning a brand.
• Ability to develop messaging frameworks and translate insights into strategy.
• Comfort working directly with a founder and taking ownership of key projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
