Business Analyst - Process Engineering

About the role

The Business Analyst – Process Engineering will act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, focusing on improving warehouse and transportation operations. You will analyse data, identify efficiency opportunities, and support the implementation of process and system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and interpret large operational datasets to spot trends, patterns and improvement areas.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that communicate key performance indicators to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to map current business processes and propose optimisation strategies.
• Work with IT to assess, recommend and implement technology solutions such as WMS, TMS and other ERP modules.
• Provide demand forecasts for warehouse and transportation services using historical data and industry trends.
• Document business requirements for system enhancements or new technology roll‑outs.
• Track and analyse KPIs to evaluate the impact of process changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business or supply chain management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or business analysis within logistics, warehousing or FMCG environments.
• Proven experience with SAP EWM, SAP TRM and other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
