Business Development Executive - Construction

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth for our construction division by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. This role combines sales, marketing and field visits to construction sites, ensuring our solutions meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the construction, concrete and building‑materials sectors.
• Develop and present proposals, negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Maintain and expand long‑term relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Travel to client locations and construction sites as required.

Required profile

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales and marketing experience.
• Relevant experience in construction, concrete or building‑materials industry.
• Professional appearance, confidence and strong negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build, manage and sustain long‑term client relationships.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driving licence.
