About the role
HRLeverage Africa is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join its Nairobi office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help drive the company’s growth across East Africa by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads and conduct outreach to prospective clients in the HR and workforce solutions market.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Contribute to strategic planning by identifying market trends and growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to support regional expansion.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably B2B and within HR‑related services.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, market growth, and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client presentations and discussions.
- Analytical mindset to develop data‑driven sales strategies.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
