Territory Manager – Philadelphia

About the role

Cynosure is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of its medical aesthetics products within the Philadelphia market. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, supporting existing customers, and contributing to the company’s growth in a highly competitive industry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and generate qualified sales leads within the assigned territory.
• Assist sales professionals in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain regular communication with the sales manager, reporting market developments, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Attend workshops, trade shows, and events that showcase Cynosure product lines.
• Provide product information and support to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and other healthcare practitioners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Science preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or aesthetics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
