About the role
Ezra is looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to join its BI team in Nairobi. The role focuses on internal and external reporting, turning stakeholder requirements into robust data pipelines and visual dashboards.
Key responsibilities
- Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and design solutions that fit the existing reports portfolio.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain ETL pipelines using Python.
- Create data visualisations and interactive reports in Tableau.
- Suggest appropriate statistical approaches for measuring company KPIs.
- Assist in evaluating new technologies for possible adoption.
Required profile
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Working proficiency with Python or another programming/scripting language.
- Advanced working proficiency with SQL and experience with any RDBMS.
- Familiarity with Linux (Debian) and Windows environments.
- Experience with version control (GIT) and Excel.
