Cleaner – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cleaner to join our team at Slug & Lettuce in Colchester. No prior experience is required – we provide full training so you can deliver the high standards our guests expect.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the venue, including bar areas, floors, restrooms and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Organise cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and ready for use.
• Support other team members with tasks that require attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
