Client Manager - Telco/Connectivity

About the role

As a Client Manager for Telco/Connectivity, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our regional customers. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience across all solutions and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships to drive expansion, renewals, and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with the company’s network of offices to deliver an excellent client experience in each market.
• Achieve revenue and margin targets by aligning client needs with Bolt’s offerings.
• Develop account strategies using engagement techniques such as focus of power, receptivity, and dissatisfaction.
• Minimize churn and maximize retention for onboarded clients.
• Utilise Salesforce.com and other sales tools to manage accounts, pipelines, forecasts and quota attainment.
• Generate demand by turning implied client needs into explicit opportunities and articulating value‑added solutions.
• Conduct vulnerability analysis against competitors to ensure client‑centric proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales or customer‑service roles.
• Proven experience in the IT or professional services industry, preferably within telecom or connectivity.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple stakeholders to achieve sales growth.
• Experience managing accounts and pipelines using Salesforce.com.
