Sr. Market Access & Development Manager

About the role

SpaceX is seeking a senior professional to lead market access and development for Starlink across existing and new regions. The role combines regulatory expertise, business development, and cross‑functional coordination to expand Starlink’s broadband footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market research to assess demand, competition and entry barriers.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, logistics, legal, tax and sales teams to align market development with technical capabilities and compliance.
• Build and nurture a network of public and private stakeholders to promote Starlink growth.
• Identify, develop and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, monitor geopolitical and economic risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive strategic connectivity projects with schools, hospitals and other high‑impact customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, international relations, business or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in market access, business development or regulatory affairs within telecommunications, satellite or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and influence senior‑level policy decisions.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language (French, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian or Spanish).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
