Client Support Representative – 1 Year Contract

About the role

Entertainment Partners Canada is seeking a Client Support Representative for a one‑year contract. The role supports external technology products used by the Incentives Department and works directly with film and TV studios, production accountants, and crew members.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily document and project submissions in the EP Residency database to keep projects up‑to‑date.
• Respond to and resolve enquiries from production workers about rejected documents or submissions.
• Follow up on incomplete submissions and provide reporting to production personnel.
• Assist production workers and office staff using the EP Residency system.
• Handle documentation retrieval requests for government tax audits.
• Help develop reference materials, release notes, and other product documentation.
• Provide support to other Incentives team members and contribute to special projects as needed.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a clerical or administrative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver world‑class customer service and support.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Logical problem‑solving ability.
