Clinical Software & Integration Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Software & Integration Support Specialist to provide first‑line assistance for our Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS) and related clinical applications. You will be the primary contact for systems such as RxWorks, VetCheck, Vedi and SmartFlow, helping staff resolve issues, maintain configurations, and ensure smooth daily operation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for clinical software and PIMS applications, handling incidents and service requests from start to resolution.
• Troubleshoot user issues related to patient records, billing, appointments, reporting, templates, and access rights.
• Escalate complex problems and vendor‑related defects as needed.
• Maintain system configurations, templates, forms, user groups and operational settings.
• Support onboarding of new users, clinics and workflows.
• Assist with system standardisation initiatives and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Create and maintain knowledge‑base articles, procedures and user documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with governance and change‑management processes, participating in CAB discussions.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused problem solver with a passion for supporting users and improving processes.
• Experience supporting end‑users of business‑critical software platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to data integrity.
