Community & Knowledge Management Consultant – Digital Impact (Remote)

About the role

The Digital Impact Division (DID) of UNICEF is seeking a consultant to lead community and knowledge management for its flagship TeamOne initiative. The role focuses on coordinating community engagement, strengthening knowledge exchange, and supporting agile digital advisory services across UNICEF’s global network.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate TeamOne community engagement, communications and recognition.
• Collaborate with the DID Communication team on user stories and community content.
• Strengthen TeamOne knowledge management, onboarding processes and analytics.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Digital Impact Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Knowledge Management, Data Analysis or Social Sciences.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in community engagement, knowledge management or digital programme support, preferably in international development or UN settings.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
