Community & Knowledge Management Consultant – Digital Impact (Remote)

About the role

The Digital Impact Division seeks a consultant to lead community engagement for its flagship TeamOne initiative. You will strengthen participation, knowledge exchange and collaboration across UNICEF’s global network while supporting agile digital advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate TeamOne community engagement, communications and recognition activities.
• Collaborate with the DID Communication team to develop user stories and community content.
• Strengthen TeamOne knowledge management, onboarding processes and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Knowledge Management, Data Analysis or Social Sciences.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in community engagement, knowledge or information management, data analysis or digital programme support, preferably in an international development or UN environment.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Viva Engage, Forms, Excel, Power BI).
• Data analysis and dashboard creation skills.
