Consultant – Information and Communications

About the role

The World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF) is seeking qualified consultancy candidates to provide expertise in information and communications. This position supports the Centre’s mission to promote sustainable land use and agroforestry through effective knowledge sharing and communication strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consultancy services focused on information management and communications for ICRAF projects.
• Facilitate the sharing of information and continuous improvement within multicultural, multidisciplinary teams.
• Support the development of communication materials and strategies that align with the Centre’s objectives.

Required profile

• Hold a relevant university degree as required for the specialization.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in one or more additional international languages is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, preferably within a non‑profit organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
