Contract Manager – Data Centre

About the role

CBRE is looking for a highly organized Contract Manager to lead the planning and delivery of all contracted work at our data centre sites. You will ensure contracts are executed in line with client expectations, company standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting HR activities for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and deliver all in‑scope and additional contracted work on site.
• Review contract terms, ensure compliance, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Facilitate clear communication between operations, finance, legal, and other stakeholders.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and training for the team.
• Identify contract‑related risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Establish KPIs, generate performance reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
