About the role
Muraga Technical Training Institute is seeking a dedicated Cosmetology Trainer to join its Education & Training team in Westlands, Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality cosmetology courses to a diverse student body, ensuring a supportive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage classroom dynamics and maintain authority during sessions.
- Plan, organise and execute training events and practical workshops.
- Deliver curriculum content effectively, adapting methods to meet learner needs.
- Develop and update training programmes and lesson plans.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma in Building and Technology (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated pedagogical skills – a must.
- Associate’s degree or higher in a related field.
