Country Manager – Kenya

About the role

GOAL 3 is looking for an entrepreneurial Country Manager to lead the commercial expansion of its IMPALA patient monitoring platform across Kenya. You will be responsible for translating the company’s regional strategy into concrete actions, building key partnerships, and ensuring successful implementation of the technology in hospitals and health systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead GOAL 3’s commercial growth and country operations in Kenya, turning strategic goals into actionable priorities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, county governments, the Ministry of Health, distributors and implementing partners.
• Identify and pursue new commercial, partnership and funding opportunities to drive sustainable adoption of IMPALA.
• Oversee customer relationships and support long‑term integration of the platform into routine clinical workflows.
• Coordinate high‑quality implementation, training, and ongoing support across all stakeholder teams.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial or business development roles.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to build and scale operations in low‑resource settings.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working with health ministries, hospitals and distributors.
