Client Acquisition & Sales Representative

About the role

The role focuses on acquiring new clients and generating business for BrandNest's printing, branding and signage solutions. It is an on‑site position based in Nairobi, requiring strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new leads.
• Present the company’s printing, branding, signage and promotional solutions.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and proposals and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for repeat and additional business from existing clients.
• Meet agreed sales and new‑client acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure client requirements are delivered as agreed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, client acquisition, business development or marketing.
• Experience in printing, branding, signage or advertising is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to find new business and convert leads into sales.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and commercially minded.
• Mature and professional when dealing with clients and business decision‑makers.
