About the role

Linksys Fiber Networks is seeking a warm, tech‑savvy Customer Care Representative in Molo. The role involves providing professional and timely support to customers, responding to enquiries, resolving service‑related concerns, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and respond promptly to customer enquiries through all available communication channels.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints and support requests professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Identify issues, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and collaborate with other departments to resolve concerns.
• Meet established customer service KPIs and performance targets.

Required profile

• Diploma in IT/ICT or related field.
• Positive and professional attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask under minimal supervision and meet KPIs.
• Prior customer care experience is an advantage.
