Customer Retention Representative

About the role

The Customer Retention Representative will drive revenue growth by re‑engaging inactive customers for a financial‑services company that offers cryptocurrency kiosks. Working from Nyeri, you will contact former users by phone and SMS, explain the benefits of the service and aim to win back their business.

Key responsibilities

• Make hundreds of outbound calls daily and follow up with SMS messages.
• Identify target customers through data analysis and critical thinking.
• Present the advantages of cryptocurrency kiosks and related value‑added services.
• Build trustworthy, consultative relationships and handle objections.
• Apply sales tactics such as discount codes and promotional offers to increase revenue.
• Track trends in the customer base to uncover upsell opportunities.
• Continuously learn about fintech products and adapt communication style.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
