About the role

Optica Limited is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its Westlands call centre. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and social media, and ensuring a positive experience with our retail and FMCG products.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound and make outbound calls for the customer contact centre.
Interact with customers through phone and email, providing accurate product and service information.
Verify account details and update customer records.
Resolve complaints and issues via phone, email or social media.
Assist with order placement, refunds, exchanges and account opening.
Promote alternative products and services to potential customers.
Coordinate with branches and insurance partners to relay feedback and updates.
Make follow‑up calls to inform customers of service resolutions.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

Mandatory call‑center experience.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
