DCF Channel Sales

About the role

Huawei Kenya is seeking a DCF Channel Sales professional to manage and grow its partner distribution network. The role focuses on daily operations, partner collaboration, and the promotion of channel incentive policies while supporting customers across the data‑center market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of VAPs and optimise cooperation processes with partners.
• Publicise and communicate channel incentive policies to partners.
• Develop the commercial distribution market and assist partners in customer visits.
• Lead the creation and execution of partner marketing plans.
• Oversee partner operations, adapt and implement policies, and maintain a risk‑control mechanism.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in channel development or related field.
• Strong understanding of data‑center energy solutions, including power supply, distribution, UPS, temperature control and modular data‑center concepts.
• Proven experience in channel operations and partner management.
