About the role
The Debt Collection Agent will join Finley International Limited in Nairobi, Westlands, to support the company's debt recovery efforts. This full‑time position focuses on engaging customers, negotiating repayments, and ensuring collection targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Meet collection targets and deadlines.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing or related field.
- Customer‑centric with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Results‑driven and able to meet collection targets.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in debt collection, customer service or call‑center environment is an advantage.
- Residence within or convenient commute to the Mombasa Road area.
