Delivery Owner

About the role

CloudFactory is seeking a Delivery Owner to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex client projects across global, multi‑region environments. This senior position combines strong operational expertise with commercial awareness to ensure client commitments are met in fast‑moving, ambiguous settings.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall delivery performance, including SLAs, KPIs, quality, timelines and commercial outcomes.
• Lead delivery in rapidly changing environments and take full accountability for client outcomes.
• Identify risks early, drive resolution, and manage incident response to maintain service continuity.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (Directors, VPs, Executives) and lead governance discussions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams (Ops, Talent, Finance, Compliance) to ensure alignment and execution.
• Balance client expectations with operational and commercial realities, providing clear recommendations and challenging unrealistic demands.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior delivery or project management roles within global, multi‑region contexts.
• Strong ownership mindset, urgency, and problem‑solving ability.
• Comfort operating independently and making confident decisions without waiting for direction.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with executive‑level stakeholders.
