Dental Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Dental Sales Representative to promote our range of dental equipment, instruments, and consumables to clinics, hospitals, laboratories and other healthcare facilities across Nairobi and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong customer portfolio by promoting the company's dental products to dental clinics, hospitals, laboratories and other healthcare facilities.
• Prospect for new clients through field visits, referrals, networking opportunities and industry exhibitions.
• Establish, nurture and maintain professional relationships with dentists, dental specialists, procurement teams and other key stakeholders.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and user education sessions to ensure customers understand product features and clinical applications.
• Provide professional product recommendations and technical information that address customer needs.
• Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, pricing trends and emerging industry developments.
• Collaborate with logistics, technical support and marketing teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve or surpass individual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer account information, forecasts and activity reports using the company's CRM system.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade exhibitions, conferences and promotional events to strengthen brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Dentistry, Medical Sciences, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in the dental industry.
• Strong knowledge of dental equipment and products.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
